This project is located in Charleston, SC on a site next to the famous city market. The objective is, at what is now a parking lot, create a multi-use building where the owner lives, work or produce, and sell their products in the same place. On a 30’x60’ site, it was a challenge to create and design something like this, on my own idea, it was decided to create a shipwright, a place to design and build wooden motor boats.
